For residential customers we ask for payment at the time of service. We are able to take any form of payment that you prefer – check, cash or card. We offer contactless payment options as well.
We have a $1,000,000 General Liability policy with Erie Insurance. Proof of this is submitted with every quote. We also carry workers compensation through Accident Fund. Proof of this is submitted with every quote
We are taking all necessary precautions to keep both you and our employees safe during this time. We will wear masks, gloves and shoe covers while inside your home. We will keep our distance from you whenever possible. We offer contactless payment options. We are screening our employees and disinfecting our vehicles on a regular basis. We ask that if you have had any COVID-19-related illness in your home within the last 7 days that you inform us so that we may reschedule your appointment.
Yes! Most of our services come with a warranty or a guarantee. Guarantees and Warranties to learn more about each specific guarantee or warranty
While we prefer someone to be there in case of questions or an emergency, we know you have work and other responsibilities, so no, in most cases it is not necessary for you to be home. Many of our services are exterior only and can be accomplished without the homeowner being present (although there are some things, we may ask you to do before the appointment). For interior services we will need access to the home and instructions about securing the home when we leave. Payment arrangements will also need to be made in advance.
Anything that you can move ahead of time is a great help to our technicians. However, we’re more than willing to slide furniture out of the way where needed. If you prefer that we don’t move (touch) anything, you will need to have it moved prior to the appointment. We generally don’t move beds or anything that has electronics on it (desks, TV stands).
No. However, opening curtains or draperies and raising all blinds is a great help to our team. If you’re not able to do this, we will do it at no additional charge. However, we take no responsibility for damages that may occur to blinds or window treatments that we have to move.
Yes! Windows can absolutely be cleaned in the rain. Normal, light-to-moderate rain is no issue when window cleaning. Rain alone won’t spot or make windows dirty. It’s the combination of precipitation and dirt that can make windows dirty. So, since we’re removing the dirt, then you have nothing to worry about! We’re so confident in this that we offer a 5-day rain guarantee.
Yes! We are happy to offer a Heroes discount of 10% off a la carte pricing to all active or retired Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Nurses and Teachers. We also offer a Good Neighbor discount of 10%. You and a neighbor will both save 10% when you schedule your service on the same day. None of our discounts may be combined.
